The Shared Services Specialist will respond to customer inquiries and insure customer needs are met regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints, returns, shortages, adjustments, expediting and requests for literature. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of related over the phone customer service or retail experience with strong computer and customer service skills, excellent listening skills, and willingness to learn and participate in intense training; sales oriented required.
