Is it only our house or are others having the same problem with refuse collection? 2 weeks ago they refused to empty our large black recycle bin because it had dangerous clinical waste in it! Our visitor had put a wet nappy into it by mistake. This week they didnt empty it again nor did they empty our food recycle bin. Both bins were put out,using the appropriate packaging material. Simple solution? I wont be doing any recycling in future. All into one bin.
