Shared by Renee Mashburn Hogue Here is a recipe my mama always made while I was growing up and everyone loved it , She always took it to Family get togethers.. I beleive you will all enjoy it.... Mama’s Old Fashioned Potato salad 12 med potatoes diced 1 large Tomato diced 1 med onion diced ¼ cup of dill cubed pickles Half small green bell pepper diced 6 eggs boiled and chopped ½ cup of Miracle whip but you may have to add more for creaminess 1 Tbsp., mustard Two Tbsp. of dill pickle juice 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Paprika Boil Potato’s 8 min’s and drain, and pour into large bowl. Mix everything in one at a time leaving miracle whip, salt, pepper and paprika for last. That way you can add those to taste and texture. When all mix except paprika smooth and sprinkle paprika over top… This servers about 12 – 15, I make it for big family get together ENJOY!!!!!!!
