Shareholders of SBSC,TBE,TGEG here is the recent letter we are sending out do to other fraud being still being committed by the former SBSC president and the chairmen of TBE. LETTERHEAD OF SBSC 17 March 2014 HON. JOSE T. LAZATIN General Manager, SFELAPCO San Jose, City of San Fernando, Pampanga Dear Sir: It has come to the attention of the stockholders and Board of Directors of Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation (SBSC), a company located at Barangay Lara, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, that ATTY. RENATO PARAISO of Quezon City and MR. EDWIN NUCUM of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, have been communicating with you respecting the sale of one hundred (100) electric poles which are under the ownership of SBSC, 96 of them are currently standing along MacArthur Highway going to the plant of SBSC and 4 of them are standing inside said plant. We have gathered that Atty .Paraiso and Mr. Nucum proposed the sale of the aforementioned electric poles to SFELAPCO, falsely representing themselves as the authorized representatives of SBSC in said transaction. The aforesaid information is alarming and has deeply troubled me, as the incumbent President of SBSC, as well as the other stockholders (majority of them, if not all) of our corporation. The fact of the matter is that Atty Paraiso and Mr. Nucum are no longer connected with SBSC effective November 5, 2013, henceforth, any transaction made by them on the companys (SBSC) behalf will not be honored by the said company. For your guidance, Atty. Paraiso has formally resigned from his employment as Legal Counsel of SBSC on November 5, 2014, while Mr. Nucum stopped reporting for work since November 5, 2014 up to present time, thus, the company was constrained to relieve him of his duties as the company’s President. This letter serves as a FORMAL NOTICE to your corporation (SFELAPCO) of the aforementioned fact, hence, to reiterate, in the event you decided and actually purchased the said 100 Electric Poles owned by SBSC from Atty. Paraiso and Mr. Nucum, (allegedly for and in behalf of SBSC) the sale will not be acknowledged by SBSC for being invalid and fraudulent. We know that you will not tolerate and enter into any fraudulent transactions inasmuch as we heard that you are a person of good repute, in this light, we trust that you will heed to our advice not to pursue any dealings with Atty.
