Shariat courts not legal, can’t issue diktat to impinge individual’s rights.Its a matter of choice for the people to accept fatwa or not, the apex court said running of institutions like Darul Qaza and Darul-Iftaa is a religious issue and the courts should interfere only when someones rights are violated by their decision ~Hon. Supreme Court Of India. Good Decision but I have a few points ! Dear Supreme Court ,Is there any need of SHARIAT COURTS or any other Religious Court to solve the problems of the Indian people? Is our Judicial system is inefficient to solve the problem and therefore we need such courts? Why dont you Dismiss all these religious courts from our DEMOCRATIC NATION?Either Punish these Religious MORONS or get ready for another Fatwa type thing ! This is my Independent Opinion ,Please share your opinion !
