Sharing a lessons learnt: My LED TV started showing a dark line on the panel...ofcourse when the TV was on. This begun after completion of warranty. The line used to fade and then reappear...repeating over an year to finally refuse to go off the panel. As u know LED panel is a very costly stuff. Finally, i called in a LG technician who explained how this happens. During cleanups or dusting off the LED panel WE SHOULDNT USE MOISTURE BY WAY OF WET CLOTH OR SPRAY which screws up the panel. Reportedly these panels dont attract dust and dusting with dry soft cloth should do. Someone from the showroom or technician who installs need to educate buyers on these maintainence tips. Just sharing what i learnt and hope this helps some1.
