Sharing and venting...once again I have not received the Indianapolis Star. Called customer service (1-888-357-7827) to report the problem AGAIN. Requested that my paper be delivered within the next hour. Was told that the paper is to be delivered Monday - Saturday by 6 a.m. and on Sunday by 7 a.m. Also told I can read the paper on line, thanks but I dont want to read the paper on line. Was told to call every day that my paper is not delivered by above referenced times and my account will be credited. Also, if I purchase my paper at a different location I can call and they will credit my account for that paper purchase. I will be calling every day that my paper is delayed or not delivered. So basically, a free newspaper subscription...the only problem is free does me no good if I dont actually receive the newspaper. Programing in the circulation department number into my speed dial now. Its the little things in life that make me happy and reading the news paper makes me happy.
