Sharing from a reader....a STUNNING Siamese cat was staring in my bedroom window off my shed. He looks well cared for and very cold. He ran when I first opened my window but returned (on the ground) when i shook some food in a bowl. I dumped it from my window and while he ate I went out to approach. I was able to pet him but not pick him up. Nor was I able to get a picture. He appears to be unaltered. He ran after I tried to pick him up but came back for more food. I will continue to try and gain his trust to get him out of the cold. I will try to let you know and then contact Wisconsin Humane Society. My address is in the 1000 block of Perry Ave.
