Sharing my reporter friends post. I love me some Chinese sweet n sour chicken, but only in an American Chinese restaurant with American grown/processed chicken. Im mindful about most frozen fish (like salmon) knowing that its processed in China. Without sounding prejudicial, based on the record of imported meats, including meat products for our pets, Chinas record is dubious--well, about as shaky as our own meat processing record. But at least, here, we can trace back and lower the kaboom. I see my future still reducing animal product from my diet. Hello, Quinoa! How you doin?
