Sharing something that I think is SO important to understand - I need to remind myself of this now and again, part of my journey to learn to not worry so much about the number - In the past, I would start exercising, and see either 1) too SMALL of a loss for my liking after one week, 2) no loss/no gain, or 3) a gain. And that would be it, Id quit. Please read below to see why that is NOT the answer!
