Sharing the global standing of the Philippines in terms of health and wealth. Im wondering if what we really need is to shift the form of government from presidential to parliamentary to become a strong state, or simply seek a leader who has a clear vision; who can articulate the vision for buy-in; who has the will, the skill, and the knowledge to implement the vision; and most importantly, a leader who is compassionate and can practice and live the vision.
