Sharing this from Healthy Angels - foster a positive start because I think we all know just how bad these dodgy noodle packs are but there is a common misconception that all of the nasties are in the little flavored sachet not the noodles, so many of the parents I have consulted with over the years had been giving their kids these noodles and throwing away the sachets. unfortunately there are also nasties in the noodles themselves. I have always suggesting that everyone buys the plain rice noodles instead and flavor them yourself :-) Theres no nasties at all in that and it is just as quick and easy to make Heres what Healthy Angels - foster a positive start had to say about it :-)
