Sharon shooting a skill builder scenario on our new simulator The Gunfighter.... at my range, The Gun Cave Indoor Firing Range! Sharon proves that being in a wheel chair doesnt mean you have to live life defenseless.. In spite of some serious physical issues that prevent her from being able to lock her arms and use her sights, she has taken my class, earned her NRA basic pistol certification, as well as her concealed carry permit. Sharon comes to my range several times a month and shoots her .380 caliber gun in the live fire range, consistently hitting her target.... And now she has added the simulator to her training which allows her to work on various shooting disciplines, including concealed carry citizen scenarios so she can see how she responds under pressure in defensive shooting situations. I dont worry about Sharon. She is responsibly armed and well trained. In this scenario, the moving pop up targets give her the chance to work on her hand/eye coordination.... as well as her trigger discipline... (not jerking the trigger.) Great job Sharon! Pity the fool who thinks Sharon will be an easy target!
