Shasta Historical Society is still accepting donations for our Whats On The Menu program. We are looking for past and present restaurant menus from Shasta County, California as Culinary Arts is important to collect and preserve just like local history. A menu can tell us where the restaurant was located, how many calories the item is, pricing, show us photographs and the company history. Of course much more can be included depending on how big the menu is. SHS has a complete listing of menus available that we have in our archives upon request.
