Shawn Andrews is disgusted by the way he was treated by Donovan McNabb By:Justin Klugh Richie Incognitos harassment of Jonathan Martin has ripped the lid off the NFLs apparent bullying issue, which has had players coming forward to admit it is real and widespread. In an interview with 97.5 the Fanatic, former Eagles lineman Shawn Andrews has claimed that he was disgusted by the way he was treated by former teammate Donovan McNabb. But Andrews isnt accusing McNabb of any direct harassment like Rich Incognito. Hes saying McNabbs crime was talking about him behind his back: “If you put your heart, everything that comes with you, on the line for another person and they’re saying some very, very, very untrue things about you to other guys in our same league on other teams, how would that make you feel?” Andrews said. “You’re putting your heart on the line, man. You could break your neck, there’s so many things that you could do.” “I’m disgusted by it,” Andrews said. “You know, like [Jonathan] Martin? I feel the connection there because when he said he tried to befriend the people who talked about him, I know what he’s going through.” Andrews said that once the public eye was off them, the team was hardly the buddy-buddy culture it may have been perceived as, and that the only one whom he trusted was Brian Dawkins.
