She blames another child for drowning his kid, but come to think of it my dear, you as the Mom of a 4-yr old should be blamed. Yes, it hurts to loose someone most especially your own child. But you left a KID with another KID at the pool where you know the instance that another boy is Bullying your child. Even if you recover the Cctv footage, you cant charge the kid as to Minors are exempted of these.
