She has been working with us for a year or so and she has been roughly the same weight range during that whole time. She fluctuated between upper 130s and mid 140s and when she came in she was already pretty lean but notice the difference in her skin especially in her lower half. This is why it is so important for women to get in the weight room and lift weights. Fundamental basic weight training like squats, lunges, leg presses, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, stiff leg deadlifts, inner and outer thigh machine, glute exercises and so on. I dont mean going into these group train settings where it just a bunch of high reps and fast pace keeping your heart elevated stuff. You need to put some weight on the bar and move weight and train hard and heavy just like she has because muscle is what makes you tight, not running marathons and you cant be afraid of being bulky because you never will be. So these comparisons are over the last year of just hard, heavy training combined with proper nutrition and she has completely changed her body. All the stuff you see on her lower half from her starting photos is completely gone and her body weight is not really any different than when she started.
