She is a non tribal member nor a member of any tribe working for the OST Department of Public Safety. This is beyond excessive force, she is using the Taser because he isnt getting into the vehicle on his own accord, he is an elderly man. She has been promptly suspended, there are also rumors that she has been a ruthless cop. This in my opinion is a case that can be pursued by the Department of Justice for civil rights violations.
