She is one of a kind. She is a leader who does not tell what to do but she wants us to see how it is to be done. She always gives us the opportunity to do things, the best that we can. She always gives her merit in every success that we achieved. She is so very considerate in our excuses even beyond. She always shares here laughter’s like no one can define the true meaning of friendship. Doing simple decision is always given a chance to us, a chance to execute and she give her advice and views in a positive way even it is a fault in the other hand. She always inspires us to move forward in our career because it is in her, where we can find the true meaning of a good leader. Personally, there are so many good experiences we’ve shared. I have so many things I’ve learned from her, how to lead, how to understand and how to accept. All wonderful thoughts must be given to her, because she really deserved it. And it is you Ma’am Daisy C. Uayan, our school FRIEND-cipal. I just want you to know that all the things we’ve shared will always remain in my heart and in my memories. I will keep it as inspiration, that whatever may bring success in my career, you are one that I ought to follow your steps. I may be a man who is not that expressive in my emotions, you may described me as man full of laughter’s, fun of making jokes, but to tell you this time, I feel so empty, like a young boy who was just break up to his girlfriend. Saying goodbye does not mean that we are letting you go, instead we are proud to say that once in our lives you are being part on us. I cannot give you a very nice gift to say thank you but my salute will always remind you that “si Dodong? Teacher nako na before.” Ma’am dais, in behalf of the entire community of C-Handumanan, Teachers, Parents, Pupils and Community leaders, accept our warmest gratitude, Thank you so much, good luck and God bless in your new journey. To our new school principal, a good friend of mine, Mr. Edu Yllagan, Sir, the teaching staff of Lagislis Elementary School, will give full support in your administration. We just hope that through your leadership we will join hand in hand to continue what we’ve started. We are looking forward working with you. Welcome to your new destination Sir. God bless us all!
