She may face a prison sentence...that goes to show you how stupid the UCMJ can be (its dated) AND how the system is stacked against young enlistees. I am hopeful that she will be given the option of an Article 15, get out of the military, and move on with her life. She shouldnt be in the military...and shes only a PFC...kick her out, move on. This is not a crime that warrants a prison sentence. (BTW, Ive known of many an Airman who stayed inside knowing that Reveille or Retreat would soon sound.
