What you eat, your amount of sleep, stress levels, hydration levels etc. These are all things you can track and adjust on your own. I challenge anyone that reads this to just try hard for 1,2,3 months of eating clean and being consistent and see what results you can gain from a healthy lifestyle. If youre saying to yourself right now but I hit the gym or have a trainer and Im still stuck!. Its not only what you do at the gym that matters. We can give you the best hardest muscle pumping workout ever, but youre just tearing and breaking down the muscles at the gym. Its what you do before and after the gym that matters as well. Pre workout meals could be a factor as well as Post workout meals. After your workout are you packing a protein shake with your or some sort of fast digestive carbs to replenish everything you just burnt off during your workout? Are you drinking water? I guarantee if you can lock down a couple of these factors that youre missing in your fitness regimen the changes will come. Try it for one week and see how you feel. Bring a banana and a protein shake with you to the gym for after your workouts. Try foam rolling in the morning when you wake up and before you go to bed. Push for 7+ hours of sleep a night.
