Jane recently moved to a small Colorado town with her two moms. Jane transitioned from male to female two years ago with the blessing of her therapist. In October 2011, Jane came out to her parents. “I think it was difficult for her. She had known for a long time, but she didn’t know how to come out with it,” said her mother. “When she came out, it was hard.
