She was one of the fantastic, awesome, loving, caring women I have ever met... We know each other for 26 years and she saw me growing up since I was in my mothers womb A very brief history about her, she was imported from China when she was a kid...Probably around 6-15 years old. I remember her telling us how those days during the Japanese Occupation, how much she and her family went through..Many years later, she met my grandpa and they got married and raised up 6 children in Gopeng, Perak. Grandma and Grandpa went to Vancouver together with her 4 children in 1988 and came back 4 years later. I remember those days when we were just little kid (my sisters), Grandma came to KL and stayed with us for weeks. We taught her English and till today we still remember the same old stories she used to tell us. She will sing nursery rhymes to us, teaching us a few Thai language (she went there for holiday before) and lecture us for not finishing our food. A few things I admire bout her is she never get angry unless someone really mess with her. In year 1999, she went to Vancouver again together with one of her relative to visit her children. Going there without any assistance, not knowing how to read and speak English. She had a wonderful time together with her children and grandchildren for a month in Vancouver.Grandpa left us in year 2001 and since then my uncle took care of her. I thank God I had the chance to see her few days before she left. At that time, she was semi concious and couldnt really recognize me at first. I still remember she held my hand so tight. I remember weeks back we were still talking and laughing and teasing each other... Ill remember her coming down to KL stayed with us for a month, brought her to many places and took many pictures together. Ill remember her celebrating my birthday last year. Ill remember her giving us money when she strike lottery even though she needs the money more than us. Ill remember the day every time when she ask me to buy her favourite food. Ill always remember cutting her finger and toe nails. Ill always remember cleaning her spectacles. Ill always remember when she ask me why are you alone? where is your girlfriend?...you guys fight again?..dont fight and faster get married... Ill always remember to great time we spent together. You will forever live in our heart.. You have left a great LEGACY to all of us. You have finished the race and you fought a good fight....Till we meet again.. Love always, Your Grandson. Grandma left us on Saturday 2nd August 2014, 15 minutes before 10pm leaving 6 children 12 grandchildren 1 great grandson I want to take this opportunity to thank all my family and friends especially Azaiiman AlJeffri Marina Lim Daud Chan Anthony Kao Jaime Tang S.l. Tang YC Tang for coming all the way from KL to pay your last respect to grandma..It really meant a lot to us at this period of time. Also want to thank you all for all the comforting smss and donation..Your kindness and generosity are deeply appreciated...
