Shear Operator - Canton We are currently accepting applications for a Shear Operator position in Canton. This is a Temp to Hire position. The right candidate will be responsible for the following: • Operate Shear in a productive manner following safety procedures • Cut large sheets of steel, aluminum and stainless into blanks • Must be knowledgeable in fractions and decimals • Use all types of checking instruments (tape measure, calipers and micrometers) • Must be able to quality check fabricated parts • Make own setups • Must be able to follow directions • Assist in metal sheet inventory • Advise supervisor of NCMR or engineering type problems • Assist others in the department as needed • Must have excellent attendance • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. • High School Diploma or GED Required • 1st shift position • Steel Toed Boots Required • Pays $10.00/hr To apply go to iforceservices click Job Seekers, complete the application, then call 330-915-3709 to schedule an interview.
