Sheila says~ MY PLEXUS JOURNEY- I am so excited to finally share my Plexus story with everyone. Most all my friends and family know I am a fitness health nut freak! I absolutely love every aspect of exercising and eating healthy. In Dec. 2012 I hit a road block. From feeling sick most of the time and thyroid problems thru out the year it ended up having thyroid cancer. Since having my thyroid out I never felt good at all, everyday was a struggle. I had no energy, tired, and sluggish. I laid in bed most of my days. I had no energy to do anything! The following year I seen all these post about Plexus all over facebook. I loved reading each one of these stories. One day I gave it a try. Into the 2nd week I had full energy and I could sleep all thru the night, My 3rd week, I had lost inches around my waist, and the 4th weekmy body started to more stronger and healthier. I started back up on my fitness slowly and then it was like if I had never been sick. On my 8th week on Plexus I lost 15 lbs! I knew if this one person helped me with my struggles then I can help others. Plexus made me a believer.I really feel that plexus has been a blessing to me and I am so excited to share my story and hopefully help others.
