Sheila, you can turn him into the borough but theres no guarantee they will do anything, they didnt bother with the house up the street from me. I think thats because the complaints go to Doug Yergers dept. and we all pretty much know how those things go...as in they never do. Heres the link to the Report a Concern anyway. If the borough does nothing, or hey - in the slight chance that they do something about it - come to council with the rest of us and tell of the experience. Itll be recorded for posterity. The broken cement that they dropped in the tree well 2 years ago, (when they got their violation and fixed their sidewalk), are still in the tree well - tripping hazards - never been removed, borough didnt give a crap about any of it.
