Sheldon School have organised a charity ball on Friday 11th July at Grittleton school. Money raised will be divided between The Wallace and Gromit appeal and Benjamin. The funds will help the purchase of a special piece of equipment that will stimulate Benjamins Muscles and nerve endings. The FES equipment that we are looking at comes in the form of an excercise bike with electrodes and computer. It is a pioneering piece of equipment that will help Benjamin keep his muscle tone. I have included all the details below if anyone is interested in coming to the ball. Dear Parents, We would like to highlight the opportunity advertised on the website for you to join us at a Charity Ball on Friday July 11th at Grittleton House. Sheldon School are hosting this in support of Benjamin Conolly, a pupil of Sheldon School who is being treated for leukaemia and also needs rehabilitation due to paralysis, and also to raise funds for The Wallace and Gromit’s Children’s Grand Appeal. (See attached poster) Parents, Friends and Staff are invited to attend the ball. Tickets are £40 a head, or £36 if you book a table of 10 people or more.
