Welcoming the guest upon their arrivals using their names, with a nice smile giving then an individual tension implementing the standard check-in procedure friendly and professionally ** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Guest Service Agent will be able to check-in, check-out Guests. ** The job description of G.S.A.: 1) Smile. 2) To be aware and implement the S.G.S.S. Standards. 3) To maintain a professional appearance. 4) Welcoming Guests upon check-in and check-out, and uses Guest’s first and last names. 5) Knows how to handle reservations new, amendments, cancellation, confirmation, check-in time, and guarantee. 6) Must be familiar with reservations system and equipment. 7) Rate structure and special packages including D.C.S., Set, T/A, A/L Discounts, Rates, Room types, all applicable coding honey moon, Packages, Travel vouchers, bedding type, whole sale rates, location of rooms within Hotel’s Towers, Safety and handicapped features, up selling, knowing of Hotel facilities and surrounding area. 8) Responsible for selling and up selling rack rates & Suites to achieve budget. 9) Manage cashing cut. 10) Settle accounts with travel voucher. 11) Settle guest accounts. 12) Settle accounts with credit cards. 13) Understand emergency procedures. ** SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1) Excellent command of English and Italian. 2) Good knowledge of computer programs. 3) General information about the hospitality industry. ** Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Faculty of Tourism and Hotel is Preferred. ** Experience: Fresh Graduates, experience in a similar position in a 5 Stars Hotel is an adding.
