Sheriff Rick Followell reports that on Monday August 18, 2014 at approximately 10:09PM Deputy Chad Williams noticed a vehicle parked outside of the gate at the Old Tyme Flea Market with its lights off. When Deputy Williams stopped to check on the vehicle another vehicle had pulled up. The vehicle that pulled up was a Blue Astrovan driven by Jeffry L Trosky and after a records check Deputy Williams discovered that Trosky had an outstanding warrant out of Bartholomew County. While waiting on someone to pick up Troskys van, Williams checked the identifications on the two sitting in the other vehicle. The driver, Debra Olmstead stated she was having vehicle problems and called Trosky to assist. The passenger gave Deputy Williams the wrong name and several different dates of birth. Deputy Williams discovered the passengers correct name, Caleb C Hoover , and arrested Hoover for False Reporting. Caleb Hoover also had two active warrants for his arrest out of different counties, Jennings and Johnson. Trosky and Hoover were transported to the Brown County Jail where they were remanded without incident.
