Sheriff Stan Sniff traveled to the city of Hemet on Wednesday night, January 14th, to support the annual installation dinner for our citizen volunteers on our Hemet posse. The Sheriff was joined there by Chief Deputy Kevin Vest, Captain Ray Wood, and other members of the Hemet Sheriff’s Station there also in support of this annual meeting. Sheriff’s Department has a number of great posse volunteer groups that has served with distinction throughout Riverside County in support of law enforcement operations and our communities. They also engage in on-going training to sharpen their skills locally in their areas, the Ben Clark Training Center, and in statewide competitions. The Sheriff took time to address them and thank them for their time and effort in making Riverside County safer.
