Sherry writes: Im a larger girl and have the goal of running a 10K this year. Ive been watching what I eat, and working out more (but not alot by any means). My issue - Im losing my appetite. Lately Id be perfectly happy eating a handful of pretzels or nuts, a piece of fruit or a few veggies. Ive been forcing myself to eat a meal - like today venison meatballs and asparagus. Any know why that would be? Im assuming it has something to do with cutting out most of the sugar in my diet but not positive. Should I continue to make myself eat lunch and dinner or should I go with how I feel and just not eat whole meals and eat little bits thru the day? Breakfast is different - Im hungry and look forward to breakfast. Ive tried googling it - but really cant come up for a reason why Id much rather just live on snacking on pretzels, fruit, veggies, an occasional coffee and water.
