She told Newsbeat she made it because in the original song, hes pulling out all the stops to make her stay which is not respectful. I thought, why dont I make it how it should be, which is she says she wants to leave and he lets her...[and] if a man doesnt feel comfortable in a situation a woman shouldnt pressure him into doing something he doesnt feel comfortable with either.
