Shift To Wisdom To day let us briefly talk about Self awareness. For me it started when my intention created a desire to question and discover who I was. During my earlier years while growing up I became aware that I was very sensitive to other peoples feelings. A compassion would build up and questions needed to be asked and answered. Self awareness began for me when I recognized a variety of feeling that came into my awareness daily.I noticed that good positive thoughts that were constructive tended to produce feeling of expansion and joy within my heart. On the other hand deficient thoughts of judgement and discouragement created a different type of feeling . I used to get a dull empty pain in the gut which was always followed by fearful thoughts which would bring me down . What followed was decisions about what to do here I was always in two minds , and I would be afraid to take any action in case it was wrong. This lead me to start to examine earlier decisions , which I tended to doubt. I was nearly always in two minds. My solution was to monitor my self talk and practice meditation.This gave me a tool to still the fearful mind. I always had great empathy and understanding for others. I always tended to step into their shoes and imagine what i would do if that were me. I used to openly talk about how my friends were feeling and why they were feeling what they felt.This allow me to recognize and identify patterns of their behavior and ask question as why they acted the way they did. My advise to them at the rime was to take responsibility personally for their behavior , and to see what they lost or gained by taken that particular action. This would stop them in their tracks. They started to recognize the consequences of their decisions and actions . This lead some of them to question their perspective of a lot of issues.. In away they were responding to their own birthing of new awareness that they started to see. Since that time I have learned to communicate with my own body wisdom. At first it was to be able to acknowledge a Yes and No as a feeling which would resonate as a direct answer to any question. Some thing like a pendulum. Then latter I used to use my standing body to verify a backward unbalancing or a forward unbalancing to determine what was the answer. Later a direct known of resonating high vibration of pulsating energy would pass right through my whole body. So try these out for you self and gain wisdom from your own body wisdom.
