Shifting my mind from 13 glorious days off with my family back to work and the road tomorrow. Heading to Cincinnati for a big client project. I think I decluttered every cupboard and closet in my house, and cleaned out my office, so now I have the mental space and physical endurance to really lean into 2015 (thanks Sheryl Sandberg!). It is interesting how fun and rewarding both roles are: full-on neighborhood den mom, and full-on lets make a difference in the broader world too woman. My mindset this year: Ready to solve problems and serve people.
