Shih Tzu found wandering around Lrg Bkt Setongkol 30, Cenderawasih area for 3 days. Mr Lee and Your truly rescued it after receiving a distress call. Poor guy is very friendly and sticks to humans.. so my conclusion this could be an abandoned case. Smelly, matted fur and lower eyelids need urgent medical attention. Joyce Mah has volunteered to have him groomed, unfortunately he has to go bald because of his matted fur. Thank You Joyce. Anyone can help?? From my experience in so many years of rescues, my sixth sense tells me this is an abandoned/dumping case. Hope I can be proven wrong in my judgement. Cute when young but a burden when old case. Not much different from kids dumping their parents in old folks homes.. only this is dumped on the streets. .. Anyone knows of his owner?? Thank You.
