Shining Review from Customer Kayla E. Mac Miller. Unfortunately, it was posted to a ghost page. And oh yea, this one was worth 5 Stars! GO TEAM RESSLER! I leased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium a little less than a month ago. After a series of unfortunate events, Ressler went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My experience started with Best Price Bob Snedeker who quoted a lease over the phone. The quote he gave me was so low that all other toyota dealerships said it *HAD* to be a scam. Since I would be driving over an hr to the Bozeman dealership, I called Bob to express my concern and he promised there were no scams and the quote was firm. When I got to the dealership and sat down with the finance manager, my monthly bill was almost $15 BELOW what Bob had given me over the phone!! I left Resslers happier when I left and in the 4Runner of my dreams! Fast forward a week and a half later, and while I was in class someone hit my parked and unoccupied SUV and damaged my rear bumper. Luckily they left a note and the girls insurance covered all the damages. I set up an appt with the collision center and also arranged my rental through the Toyota Rental dept. I dropped my 4Runner off on Saturday, May 10th and was surprised that the rental dept put in the EXACT same vehicle I dropped off! Same color, same options, same everything! It was awesome. I came back to Resslers on Weds, May 14th to pick my SUV up. The collision center had repaired my rear bumper, but after discussing the repair with Mike, we decided that the bumper should just be replaced instead. When I was getting back in to the rental 4Runner to come back to Butte, I noticed a black spot on my front bumper just underneath the passenger side headlight. I went to take a closer look and was crushed when it was a CHIP in the paint on my front bumper!! I knew I didnt drop it off that way, and I also had a clear bra (hood, fenders, mirrors) installed the same day. I talked to Matt from Toyota management about the situation and he took my name and number and said he would reach out to the Body Shop manager. The next morning I got a call from Chad from customer relations. Poor Chad had to deal with the brunt of my frustration after I had all night to think about how disappointed I was. He took it like a champ though, and was the epitome of professionalism. He said he needed a little while to talk the situation over with the big dogs and then hed call me back with a proposed resolution. When he called me back a little less than an hour later, he said that the body should would touch up the chip and then apply the other clear bra set (bumper and grill) for FREE.....thats right, NO CHARGE!! I expected them to say they would touch up the chip, but to apply a clear bra ($400 value!!!!) absolutely blew me away! I could not believe their generosity. I will be picking up my 4Runner this afternoon, and I dont think theres a more pleased customer in the world than I am with Ressler Toyota right now. From the Sales, Service, Body Shop, Collision, Customer Relations, and Management, Resslers is a real class act with everyone on the same page and the customers best interests at heart. I am Active Duty military and if I could, I would return to Resslers from hear on out to make all my automobile purchases. Thanks Ressler for being such an upstanding organization with an amazing crew to back it up!
