Shinnosuke (Kamen Rider Drive) is investigating a case of incidents when several buildings in the city suddenly collapsed without any traces of its causes. He is followed by a suspicious reporter who claims to find out the scoop of the mysterious Kamen Rider. He gets confronted and defeated by Chase (Machine Chaser) with Chasers Cobra and Bat forms. After recovering from that fight, he encounters the real culprit, Scooper Roidmude, who is the mastermind behind these incidents. Drive is able to defeat this Roidmude with the help of the Door Gun.
