Shlomo Hamelech(king solomon) went through hard times in his life - TopicsExpress

Shlomo Hamelech(king solomon) went through hard times in his life when he lost his thrown for 5 years from the king of demons, who disguised himself to be Shlomo. During those 5 years he lost his fame, fortune, his prestige and to certain sense his identity. One of the most powerful words ever recording and often used for parables came out through this experience. One day Shlomo passed by a very wealthy man who ran over to him recognizing this poor pauper in front of him is King Shlomo. The wealthy man insisted on Shlomo coming to his home to enjoy a great meal fit for a king; the wealthy man repeatedly emphasized ‘you were so wealthy, you had so much power, and you had tremendous wealth.etc’ Shlomo couldn’t take it anymore so he ran away due to his current state and remembering what he lost. At a later time came one very poor man who recognized Shlomo and said ‘hamelech Shlomo please come to my home for a meal!’ Shlomo wasn’t sure due to his previous experience. However, the pauper convinced him to come to his home; once he did he saw there was only one plate of salad that could barely feed the pauper himself. The anni told Shlomo don’t worry about anything Hashem will bring you back to your prior position, and emphasized as we say in arabic Allah k’ber he will take care of everything for you. Shlomo was reawaken and he said something that is amazing and relates to what the Yonah and Hannah stated during their struggles. ‘Better eating vegetables with praise, than lavish food with scoffers.’ Hashem returned Shlomo back to his post and in return for the paupers’ hezuk he payed him back for what he truly deserves.
