Shocked to find this bodge on a dash panel from a Vectra that came in with an engine management fault . A car sales had apparently fixed the engine light coming on after having the car for three days .It still had faults in engine management memory but the warning light was on faintly (key on) but would go out with the air bag light . The fault was a simple manifold runner motor but they had wired the engine management warning light into the air bag warning light circuit !!!
