Shocking UBER APP - read on And you thought your expensive cab was safe? I was shocked to read in todays Delhi Times newspaper that UBER does not guarantee safety. Shocking, its legal section on web app says that by using UBER, you basically acknowledge that app only allows you to request and schedule transportation or logistics services with third party providers. It further clarifies that it does not guarantee the suitability, safety or ability of third party providers. It is solely your responsibility to determine if a third party provider will meet your needs and expectations. Isnt it shocking. For more details read the newspaper. But be careful of such services.
