Shoo update. 1st appointment was no beuno with the pediatric rheumatologist. He dismissed the ANA count as frivolous and said I dont know why other doctors worry about the ANA. Ummmm...WHAT??? Luckily we had an appointment at 1 with a rheumatologist who made an exception to see McKenzie even though shes not 18. And Dr. Eisenburg is AMAZING. Shes gonna run her rheumatology blood work. We will have answers on that blood work in 2 weeks. Getting closer. 😄 I have thought long and hard about posting my daughters info on FB. Please note that there are ALOT of things that ARE kept private. I ask Mckenzie each time I post if she is comfortable with me posting about her. I realized today that I post for prayers, moral and spiritual support and also so I do not have to repeat myself over and over. I also hope that I inspire others to listen to your child (or loved one) and to know you have a choice when it comes to doctors. Know you have a right to speak up, be heard and to keep pushing for answers. Thank you all as I vent, ramble and inform through FB. Its like group therapy without the co-pay. 😉. Most important......Thank you for keeping my Shoo in your prayers. 💜💜💜
