Shopping @Coppas today and was so happy to find such a great variety of Local produce which i always pick over imports. One reason to support our local farmers and Canadas economy. Second for freshness as the travel time overseas really diminishes nutrients. Third because at least in Canada there are somewhat agricultural standards as to growing and soil integrity not as some other countries. Been shopping at many stores that range from cheap yet less variety, mostly imported from China and USA to very expensive health food stores and trying to find that happy balance that provides quality of course. Where do you guys shop and why? How much would you spend for the amount that i have pictured here. Ideally for two people? Note we have majority of FRESH produce, fruits, veggies, wild fish as organic meat can be pricey and conventional grain fed meat is not very healthy for us. No dairy, no processed refined foods. This is the new route we will take to get back on track. The less the ingredients the better for your body to break down and absorb nutrients. What small changes have you been making to your diet? Are you meal prepping ahead of time to reduce fast food? Are you reducing canned foods and swapping for glass jars to avoid aluminum toxicity? Are you label reading? My grocery shopping workshop is coming up. Inbox me to reserve a consultation and a day grocery shopping/cabinent clean up with @yourhealthguru Yogi CT
