Short update on the progress made at Arnolds today. First of all I want to say Thank You to my husband Steve Stover, Shayla Brooks and her husband Matt. These three people jumped right in and worked hard to get his place cleaned out ! Im so proud of all three of them but especially Shayla and Matt. Steve and I knew what we were getting into, they didnt but jumped right in like it was nothing. We got his living room cleaned out, porch cleaned off and carpet put down. One corner of the living room walls washed down good enough to paint, windows scrubbed enough to let some light in, most of the stuff loaded in a big dump truck, well haul all of that to the landfill in the morning and then come back and try to clean the bedrooms and take out everything that needs to be hauled off before Steve has to take the truck back on Thursday. Anyone that may have any wall paint they dont need,we could sure use it !! Brushes and rollers too. Im hoping to get his kitchen washed down tomorrow and Thursday so we can start bringing in the things that have been donated. Anyone donating anything can bring it to my house starting tomorrow. If Im not at home, you can put it in our van,motorhome or the little house next door. Still needing firewood and monetary donations if anyone can and will. Ill keep you all updated as we make more progress. Thanks to each and every one that has helped in cleaning, cleaning supplies,food, clothing and money. We all appreciate it, especially Arnold !!! Lila Smallwood, I received your check today . Thank you so very much. That will fill his kerosene can and hes running very low... now Im going to bed because this ol girl is wore out..good night and God bless everyone of you..
