Short video... V-Squat, was third exercise and 2nd set. I moved up to 3 plates a side after the video, as Im still going up slowly because of my past injury to my back. Im sure its more mental than physical... but not taking a chance. I used toes in position to try and emphasize the outer sweep. Working on weaknesses is the only way to continue to progress to a balanced physique.
