Shortly after the events of sept 17th the boys of Brixham AFC, many year group peers of Izzys. wanted to raise money for some form of a memorial for Izzy.They participated in a sponsored penalty shoot out and raised money to fund a pitch side anti bullying board and Memorial cup that will be presented every year to the player displaying support and humain characterisitcs towards his peers and opposing teams. On July 5 Gabbi met with the boys to represent the cup and thank them for their efforts. Gabbi was so very very touched by the efforts and compassion of these young people. This was something so positive . The Izzy Dix Memorial cup will stand for everything Izzy believed in, kindness, caring and compassion to others. Gabbi you were incredibly brave. Sandy xx
