Shortly before 5 this morning all the accidents and fatalities we have been having weighed heavily on my heart and mind. If you look at them you will see connections....some of the same problems and mistakes. We need to learn from these and quit repeating the same mistakes over and over. Improper use of equipment, lack of cover or no cover. Short cuts...it will only take a minute. .. it has to stop. Families are being devastated because of these poor decisons. You may not like this post and that is fine but I am gonna say what is on my mind and the minds of others. Mr. LB has always said if you have to keep looking over your shoulder and checking the line then COVER IT! Facts are facts....the majority of accidents are human error...dangerous behaviors and dumb decisions. Youre NOT invincible. Your family deserves better. Your children deserve their father and your wife her husband and your parents their son or daughter. If you cant work safe for yourself then work safe for them. It has to stop!
