Should The US still be leader of the world? Or more apt, the worlds policeman. A resounding Yes for me as a citizen of the world.. (Not that my opinion matters). It still is the worlds economic and military super-power. In the case of our missing MH370, with US in the band-wagon, other countries like Australia and NZ followed suit. I fear if theres a power vacuum, Russia and China will rush to fill in. We dont know much about them, so we are wary. They are countries shrouded in secrecy. At least we know what America stands for. Cliched as it may sound, better the devil we know, than the angel we dont. Agree? It is acknowledged what whatever happens in the US from economy to weather will trickle down to the world. Another cliche when America sneezes, the world catches a cold!.
