Should Women Wear Pants? (Deuteronomy 22: 5) The woman shall - TopicsExpress

Should Women Wear Pants? (Deuteronomy 22: 5) The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a womans garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD (Yahuah) thy God (Elohim). When Deuteronomy 22:5 was written no one wore pants, men nor women, so I do not believe that this scripture is a reference to pants, how can it be, when no one wore pants at the time the text was written? However, what adds confusion to the application of the text is we generally do not wear Hebraic garments because we have become engulfed in Gentile society. Pants are not apart of the Hebraic way of dress, so pants are indeed a Gentile invention and no Israelite male or female would have worn them when this text was written, so when wearing the garments of gentiles then the gentiles must determine what type of gentile garment is male or female because the gentile is the creator of the garment, and the Hebrews have no such garments. However, the consensus of those, in this Gentile society that makes the gentile garments called pants is that there are some for men and some for women. Some religious groups believe that a woman cannot wear pants at all, some say as long as there is no zipper in the front it is okay, but it is not a question of what some say, it is a question of what can be proven by the text. Nevertheless, if we followed biblical dress code properly as given to the Israelites, no one, man or woman would wear pants at all, but robes with fringes and a blue ribbon around the border of the garment. Therefore, I condemn none that dress modestly, whether they wear pants or not, unless I myself would be held to charge for not wearing Hebraic garments at all times, but Father is wise and understands that we live and were enslaved by gentile society. Therefore, it is enough for us not to dress in a manner that seduces or that holds ones gender to question. Nevertheless, for a clear example of what the Father considers an abomination you have to look no further than Tyler Perry who clearly dresses as a woman, and if one is truthful about the abominable dress of Tyler Perry, and the spiritual whoredom and abomination he portrays in the name of comedy, one might also ask, why did the illustrious Bishop T.D. Jakes allow such a one to lay hands on him, and then tremble under the so called anointing of one that regularly and publicly participates in that which the Father has deemed detestable or an abomination. The Father changes not, what was an abomination then is an abomination now. The way we dress is of crucial importance, but who you allow to speak into your Spirit is even more important. What is more important, determining whether a woman is allowed to wear pants or not, which is questionable due to the fact that no one wore pants when the text was written, or accepting as true men of God (Yahuah) one that persistently and without repentance wears dresses and likewise accepting as Bishop one that trembles under the anointing of such a man?
