Should be released tomorrow (Thursday) and from what Ive been told so far will most likely have a pick line put in and will be doing IV at home for at least 6 weeks or till the infection is gone before Dr.Bosley can proceed with reconstructive surgery. I do know for sure that he will put a new plate in and more than likely he will do the bone graft from the pelvic bone because its the good place for bone marrow. There was no infection in the bone itself but outside of the bone so that was good news. He took some of the bone and sent it to the lab. Still no answer on the culture so no idea what kind of infection yet. So it will be somewhere close to next year before further surgery. Not going to do anything with the leg until the left arm is healing good. So surgery on the leg will be whenever unless it becomes an issue. Still not having fun but Im still here and we will get to where we would like to be God be willing. Thanks to everyone. Oh going to paint eyes on my arm protector and Ive named it SpongeBob.
