Should the theme pandals and concept idols/decorations not be copyrighted? Many websites may make business on these items today or tomorrow and many practical structures may be built using these concepts/ideas/idols/decorating elements....Who should then be the beneficiaries? This has stricken my mind when during this Durga puja festiv, I saw many foreigners taking multiple snaps at different puja pandals of special importance..... What do you feel about it? How then you suggest the copyrighting formalities? Aks.... 22nd Oct., 2013....
